About Rose

With over 20 years of leadership experience across the public sector, I have a depth of understanding of executive and organizational dynamics at all levels.

I have watched, learned and practiced skills to make business transformations successful, whether it’s at the grass roots program level or a major organizational redesign.

In all the Executive Director roles I have held in fields like finance, legal services, natural resource operations, industry development and Indigenous relations, I’ve learned that it is the soft skills that count. The ability to communicate, build relationships, inspire change, manage conflict and hold people to account makes all the difference.

That’s why I focus on leadership strategies in my coaching practice. I help leaders identify the make or break skills they need to succeed in their operating environment, develop action plans and practice integrating those skills as leaders.

My clients are both experienced and emerging leaders who want to enhance their leadership, advance their careers and make a significant impact. The one thing they have in common is a commitment to learning, growth and resilience.
